Hidden Cooling Pipe Device:

• Made from the heat-resistant Teflon, the pipe can use for cooling water or mould warmer.
• The device prevents the pipe from rotating with mould as it is directly assembled into the mould through the turntable.

Double-Function Rotating Structure:

• The device uses the turntable to rotate the move mould.
• It can make the turntable rotate the core block only.

Injection Structure:

• The design, adopting the individually independent logically hydraulic circuit system along with hydraulic servo control, makes the forming much more precise and accurate.

Non-Displacing Rotatory System:

• It transmits the rolling shaft by up-down, active and driven parallel racks.
• The system rotates fast and smoothly.
• Additionally, both left-right orientation system and hydraulic deceleration system make orientation accurate and never result in displacement due to the wear of the gear.

Special Microcomputer Control System:

• All 2 sets of injection systems, 2 sets of mould ejecting systems and mould clamping system are controlled by German NOVO potentiometer.
• The servo hydraulic valve, controlled by microcomputer, detects pressure and makes the fine forming much more stable.
• 2 sets of additional pressure ratio systems, keeping independent digital back-pressure under control, make plasticizing density from the screw much more stable.

Fine Recognition:

• The colors are clear and none complex at all.
• The high-plasticizing from the screw promotes the density of the melted plastic.
• Double-colored cover makes no peeling or separation.
